On this page you can find some of our "Signature Cocktails", which are created by our very own bar manager Olivier Snauwaert.
Olivier studied at cateringschool Spermalie, after that he followed a 1 year specialization wine and spirit knowledge at cateringschool Ter Duinen.
His first work experience as bartender started at restaurant La Guera, a restaurant situated in Heist.
After working at the restaurant, he did a 1 month international bartender course in Amsterdam, when he finished the bartender course he started working at bar L’apereau
After a couple years of hard working he became the bar manager at bar L’apereau.
